No. But if you shop, it almost feels like free.

When going from National Highway No. 16, it is combined with Costco and it leads to traffic jams so it is free to go from the ion side of Sayama.
There is
To understanding
Exactly.
I think that large size is small. The large size of the store's stock is also popular, so it is a small stock.
There is a bicycle parking lot
It’s the best outlet I have ever visited in Japan. This is big, and with lots of Japan brand such as design shirt graniph and premium brand like Mont Bell. I come with parents and both they and I had a great shopping moments here.
Top
Actually, we went to shopping place which is fashionable goods than real green park?
Good deals
Decent selection of outlet shops, and an exhaustive food plaza make this a good place for families to go shopping.
I like. Cold in winter
One of the most famous wholesale place
A little bit of everything here, fun to explore. But it is mostly OUTSIDE, so don't go there in cold/hot weather looking for a "break" from the elements!
Decent deals. Good range of shops for all.
Love this place! Lots of cools shops. They have big size shoes and low prices. Not super low but a bit cheaper than regular prices.
If you go now, during holiday season, you will find a good price for all brands here. Not cheap as much as in US tho, still worth a visit. Now coach and MK you get 50% off first and another 30% off when you pay. So why not?
Very big outlet
Typical outlet in Japan where you can buy things. Many brand name shops are here e.g. Tumi, Adidas, Nike, Fredperry, Coach, etc. Price is good and some shops are tax free for foreigners. Not difficult to go there is bus at 200Â¥ from Irumashi train station to this outlet. Food court is also nice as same quality as other food court in Japan.
This place is huge and it was packed. There is even a Costco here. Get food. Groceries. Clothes. Heck. Everything you could possibly want.
I bought the coach glasses here. There was lots of big brands selling in this outlet park
more sale if possible
A place to while away timeðŸ˜
Discounted price for brand goods. Weekends and public holidays is very crowded
Consignment goods heaven. Everything from sportswear to outdoor to 'high' fashion stores here. You won't find the newest releases but last year's releases, at a discounted price? Yessir.
Excellent range and always some fairly decently priced goods.
One can find very good deals here
Have a relaxed week end. Spend more time for good purchase
Varities of outlet shop available for everyone's needs
All u can eat buffet nice food great price
Wonderful place, unbelievable price
No good food, neither good shops.
Has a lot of stores ( a lot if them have tax free system), a bit old collections are sold in the stores, but most of outlets function kike that and it’s right next to Costco, but still the best outlet in Japan in my opinion is Gotenba outlet near mount Fuji
Good for shopping
Many options at good prices. Take a look by yourself. 😉
Okay size among all outlets.
Fun shopping experience. During sale time, there are some great sales.. Chocolate, dishes, clothes, shoes, bicycles etc. Very satisfying and most of the common brands are there. Food places are also not bad. Enjoyable. Since it is in open area, I am not sure if visiting would be fun during peak heat or winter time. Definitely visit if nearby.
An outlet mall connected to a Costco reasonably close to Central Tokyo.
So many stores to choose from and lots of cafes and restaurants. Costco is also located here.
A good outlet close to Costco.
VERY GOOD
Only gets 4* because it's next to Costco, otherwise 3*
Great mall, with a large indoor food court. The mall itself is open air, so can get cold in the winter months.
Prices are lower than retail but selection is limited. I normally just end up walking around. I like how they have bus service to here from the train station though! :) Also a dog friendly place!
Decent selection of stores and right next to Costco.
Best outlet ever in japan
Very relaxed outlet mall with good variety of stores and restaurants. Better than Gotenba in my opinion.
Nice shopping within Saitama area, easy access from highway
An outlet which offer quite a range of high street brand with discount on offer. About an hour from Tokyo, not so difficult to get there. Taking a train about 45mins then bus another 15mins and you will be right in front of it.
Good place for shopping!
A great place for shopping with friends and family.
Very good outlet park almost all brands are available here, Please must go if you in Iruma-shi.
Cool place to eat hawaiian burgers
